Colorado Governor Touts Beer

In his inaugural address, newly elected Governor of Colorado, John Hickenlooper said “…Plus, we have the best beer…”

While the facts are difficult to refute, it sets the stage for a governorship dedicated to selling beer.

Clearly, the Global Beer Complex has gotten their hooks into Hick.  Why else would a former brewpub owner sell his entire stake in his successful chain of bars/micro-breweries?  People in other states will certainly think he is referring to Coors and Budweiser (now owned by InBev) who have immense brewing operations in the state.
